At Izaan Creative Ltd., we are dedicated to delivering professional, high-quality digital and software development services with transparency and accountability. However, due to the nature of our service-based and customized digital work, we maintain a clear and strict refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.


1. Service Charges and Fixed Costs

No Refund on Service Charges

All payments made for software development, website design, marketing, or related digital services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes any milestone-based, consultation, planning, or development tasks already performed.

Fixed and Upfront Costs

Certain non-refundable fixed costs are incurred at the start of each project, including (but not limited to):

  • Domain registration, hosting, and licensing fees

  • Software or API purchase costs

  • Payment gateway or transaction fees

  • Third-party subcontractor or freelancer costs

  • Employee or project management fees

These expenses are essential for the timely delivery of your project and cannot be refunded once incurred.


2. Refund Requests

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered within 30 days of the initial project or service start date.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us at info@izaancreative.com with the following details:

  • Project name and invoice number

  • Date of payment and amount

  • A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request

Review and Resolution

Upon receiving your request, our management team will review the service record, milestones, and progress made.
If a refund is deemed applicable, it will be calculated based on the unrendered portion of the work and any applicable deductions for costs already incurred.

Refund decisions are final and communicated in writing via email.


3. Transparency on Fixed Costs

Izaan Creative Ltd. believes in complete cost transparency.
Before beginning any project, clients are informed of all third-party expenses or subcontracted costs associated with the service (e.g., Upwork, software licenses, hosting).

These third-party and operational expenses are non-refundable under all circumstances once payment has been processed.


4. No Refund for Completed or Delivered Services

Once a service or project milestone has been completed, delivered, and accepted by the client, refunds will not be issued.
This includes any work where access to files, deliverables, repositories, or reports has already been granted.

All services are provided on a digital delivery basis, with verifiable progress evidence such as GitHub repositories, Google Docs, or ad campaign reports.


5. Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications

If a client requests modifications or changes to ongoing work, we will accommodate those within reason.
Significant scope changes may require a revised quotation or additional payment.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after initiation but before completion:

  • A cancellation fee may apply.

  • Refunds will only cover unbilled portions of future work, excluding all fixed and completed costs.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@izaancreative.com.
