In case a client does not respond within five (5) business days of delivery notification, the project milestone will be considered accepted and completed.
5. Delays or Technical Issues
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to:

Third-party dependencies (e.g., hosting, APIs, ad account verification).

Unforeseen technical or system errors.
 
In such cases, the client will be promptly notified with an updated delivery estimate.
Izaan Creative Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or third-party systems beyond our control.
6. Non-Delivery Circumstances
Non-delivery can occur only if:

The client provides incorrect contact information or inaccessible email.

The client fails to respond to delivery communications.
 - 
The service scope has not been defined due to missing inputs from the client.
 
If this occurs, the project will be placed on hold until communication is re-established.
7. Shipping Costs
Since Izaan Creative Ltd. delivers digital services only, there are no shipping fees or physical delivery charges.
All project costs are pre-agreed and documented in the invoice or service proposal.
