This Payment Policy outlines how payments are handled for all our services, ensuring fairness and clarity between our company and our clients.

1. Service Nature

Izaan Creative Ltd. is a service-based digital agency specializing in:

Software and Web Application Development
Website Design & Branding
Google Ads and Digital Marketing Campaigns
SEO, Social Media Management, and Automation Services

All services are digital in nature, and no physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following secure channels:

PayPal (preferred for international clients)
Bank Transfer (for UK and EU clients)
Authorized Payment Gateways (as mentioned in the client invoice)

All payments are processed in USD, GBP, or EUR, depending on the project agreement.
We do not accept cash or cryptocurrency payments.

3. Payment Terms and Schedule

Project-Based Payments

Payments are made according to pre-approved milestones outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
Milestone payments must be cleared before the next phase begins.
For fixed-cost projects, clients may be required to pay an initial deposit (typically 30–50%) before project commencement.

Hourly / Retainer Services

For recurring or ongoing work, billing may occur weekly or monthly depending on the service type.
Payment due dates are clearly specified in the invoice.

4. Invoicing

All payments are invoiced electronically and sent to the client’s registered email address.
Each invoice includes a breakdown of services, payment amount, and payment method.
Clients are responsible for reviewing invoice accuracy before making a payment.
All invoices are payable within the due date stated unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Late or Missed Payments

Payments not received within the due date may incur a late fee of up to 5% of the outstanding amount per month.
Continued non-payment may lead to temporary suspension of ongoing services until the balance is cleared.
After 30 days of non-payment, Izaan Creative Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the project and withhold deliverables or access to files until payment is completed.

6. Subcontracted or Third-Party Expenses

In certain cases, Izaan Creative Ltd. may engage verified third-party subcontractors (e.g., Upwork freelancers, hosting providers, or SaaS platforms).
These costs are communicated transparently to clients before project initiation and are non-refundable once incurred.
Invoices may include a section detailing such third-party costs where applicable.

7. Currency Conversion and Transaction Fees

Clients are responsible for any transaction or conversion fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.
The total amount stated in the invoice must be received in full without deductions.
PayPal fees are covered by Izaan Creative Ltd. unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in the agreement.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed under our Refund Policy.
In summary:

Payments made for initiated or completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed for unused services within the first 30 days, subject to review.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact info@izaancreative.com for any billing or payment issues before filing a dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may lead to account suspension and legal follow-up if fraudulent intent is detected.
All disputes will be resolved based on written agreements, work logs, and delivery evidence.

10. Confidentiality and Payment Security

All payment data and billing records are handled securely and in compliance with UK GDPR and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
Izaan Creative Ltd. does not store or share clients’ banking or PayPal login details.
