Refund Policy

At Izaan Creative Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services and maintaining transparency with our clients. However, due to the nature of our service-based business, we have a strict refund policy in place to ensure clarity for both parties.


1. Service Charges and Fixed Costs

  • No Refund on Service Charges:
    Service charges for all digital marketing services provided by Izaan Creative Ltd. are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the project has begun. This includes any consulting, design, and implementation work that has been completed.

  • Fixed Costs:
    We are transparent with our clients about all fixed costs associated with the project, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting fees, software purchases, employee costs, and freelancer costs. These fixed costs are non-refundable as they are incurred at the beginning of the project to ensure smooth delivery.


2. Refund Requests

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    Refund requests will only be considered within 30 days of the initial service or project start date. If you feel that the work provided does not meet the agreed terms, you must submit a refund request within this 30-day period.

  • Refund Process:
    To request a refund, you must contact us via email at info@izaancreative.com or call us at +447458038648. Please include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

  • Review and Resolution:
    Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the situation and respond promptly with a resolution. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the services rendered and the terms agreed upon.


3. Transparency on Fixed Costs

We believe in complete transparency regarding fixed costs. Any payments for domain registration, hosting, software purchases, employee or freelancer costs, and other third-party services are clearly communicated to the client before any costs are incurred. These costs are not refundable under any circumstances.


4. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a project or service has been completed and delivered, and the agreed-upon work has been provided as per the contract or service agreement, no refund will be issued for services rendered.


5. Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications to Services:
    If changes are needed to the services provided, we are happy to accommodate modifications based on client feedback, but they may incur additional charges.

  • Cancellations:
    If you decide to cancel the service during the project, a cancellation fee may apply, especially if work has already begun or costs have been incurred.
